The brief.

We were approached by a client in Bedminster who wanted some extra room. They asked us to create a new extension at the rear of the property to provide much needed additional space and create the open plan kitchen and dining area of their dreams. They also wanted the space to be multi-functional and highly attractive, perfectly suited to entertaining and hosting guests.

The project.

We got to work creating a project plan and put it into action. Our skilled team began building the rear extension and quickly completed the shell as per the client’s specifications. First stage done, we fitted out the interior of the space and transformed the existing kitchen area into a light, airy, open-plan space.

The result.

A happy client and an exceptional extension. The finished multi-purpose kitchen/dining area is highly attractive, slick and modern, with an exposed brick wall, quality kitchen, and glass doors leading into the garden. Not only does the space provide the client with all the functionality they needed from their extra living room, but it also adds significant value to the property.
